Coveting my beautiful new monitor

Journal Entry: Wed Sep 12, 2007, 11:00 PM
Hey guys, guess who just got a new job with a big fat raise and who purchased a new 22" monitor with some pretty good - but not great - contrast resolution? I bet it's at least as good as my laptop. Anyway this means that with my PC back in commission AND this sweet new monitor "rig" I'll finally be able to get around to editing AND/OR POSTING some more photos. Go me, right guys? Right?

Also I started doing calligraphy again because I'm bored. Take that, suckers.

OLD

Journal Entry: Sun May 13, 2007, 2:58 PM
I am now 24. I smoked a cigar and drank scotch, both of which made me feel like ass. My chest feels like Fidel Castro took a giant shit inside of it, except that my cigar was a lame AMERICAN one (I bought it because it was called THE ROOSEVELT and who the fuck doesn't like Teddy Roosevelt or the FDR).

Now I'm thinking I'm going to drink an extremely large beer. Also to all you "mothers" out there: Happy mother's day.

GIVIN' UP THAT GHOST (BUSTIN')

Journal Entry: Sat Mar 17, 2007, 12:17 AM
I'm not even going to pretend like a photo update is coming in the near future. I have a bunch of rolls re-scanned, some more on the way - but the monitor on the computer I use for editing/scanning is broken, and I've got two rolls of film sitting on my dining room table, one from 2003 (the infamous (among my friends) lost Hearn roll) and the other from sometime in September. I just don't care enough to develop them.

I am picking up my interest in calligraphy again though, so maybe I'll invest in a cheap document scanner and share some of that with you one day.

Posting, needless to say, will remain just as frequent as it has always been.

Also is there some kind of way to get rid of those "mood" things on journal entries now? I don't think people who can't determine mood from PARAGRAPHS OF WORDS deserve to even be alive.

Do you like it when I delete all my photos?

Journal Entry: Wed Aug 30, 2006, 9:09 PM
I cleaned out a bunch of shit in my gallery that was either terrible or needed some more cropping/photoshop work before it could be presentable. Given the free time I've got now, I might start scanning photos - or even taking them!!!! - again soon.

Once again Deviantart's incredibly bullshitty NEW VERSION PLUS PLUS SUPER JESUS GO! fucks over my journal title - it was supposed to be "Do you like it when I delete all my photos? Does it turn you on?" Deviantart, why don't you fucking tell me when I've reached the length limit of a journal title? You can do that, can't you?
